Frutarians diet includes the foods that nature provides "voluntarily": fruit that falls from the tree, vegetables from the ground (zucchinis, peppers, (tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.), legumes, seeds and nuts, and grains, as long as the plant it is not hurt or damaged.
